We know that many of us have amazing networks of support through family, friends, Life Groups, serving teams etc., that we can call on in times of need. Sometimes, however, those networks aren't available, or just aren't there yet. If that’s so, we would love to provide some pastoral support and help you get connected into the amazing networks within the Heart Church family.
Whether that is by coming alongside you in prayer, celebrating something God has already done, or taking practical action if you are facing a challenging time, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
